Vibro-pressed tiles

Vibropressed tiles (pavement) - the latest development of European engineers.

Thanks to a special formula, it is possible to achieve the production of an incredibly high-quality tile with a high level of strength and frost resistance. It also differs in the correct geometry, so it is not at all surprising that it gradually displaces the granite covering of European streets.

Benefits

  • Low cost.
  • Concrete does not create a radiation background, unlike granite.
  • Universal material that can be given any size, color, pattern. Easy in further work.
  • The rough surface makes it a very attractive material for use in winter. Due to this property, it is almost non-slip, which is very important in our climate.

Production technology

First make a concrete mix.The mix for a tile or for a border will significantly differ from the concrete solution having other mission. The mixture must be hard, it should be a little water. For a good mixing of the mixture will require a special planetary concrete mixer. In addition, you need a computer that monitors the level of humidity and determines readiness.

The next stage is loading into the mold and production. With the method of vibropressing, the mixture laid in the mold is pressed not only with the help of a press, but also with special vibrators. Through the use of such vibrators can get rid of excess water and air. The mixture itself is the most condensed, which will give the product maximum strength, high level of frost resistance and low water absorption.

Colored tiles

Pavement vibropressed tiles need not be the color of concrete. For this, European engineers have developed another special technology. So, during the production they mix two concrete simultaneously: the main and the facing. This is due to the fact that high-quality dye - the pleasure is quite expensive. And its use is directly related to the final cost of the goods.

The peculiarity of this method is that at first ordinary gray concrete is poured into the mold, and then vibration is switched on. When it settles, the remaining space is filled with colored concrete, and continue to form a tile. Due to this, it is possible to paint about one centimeter. Neither durability nor other qualitative characteristics are lost from this, but at the same time a dye is significantly saved. Thus, it is possible to make an affordable price. A quality product can be exploited for many decades.
