The aerator is located at the top of the facility; when water is loaded and distributed, it is simultaneously saturated with oxygen.

To prevent the construction from being pushed out of the ground during freezing, which is accompanied by its expansion, special lugs are provided.

If the groundwater is high, a weight anchor plate can be supplied to protect against floating. The control unit is remote, it is mounted above the surface of the earth, therefore drowning is excluded.

The principle of the treatment plant

The principle of operation of the equipment - deep cleaning.

  1. Mechanical cleansing takes place in the septic tank receiving chamber: large-fraction organic waste is deposited on the filter, and, gradually, I decompose, eventually being washed away from it. Here is the primary cleaning with anaerobic microorganisms.
  2. In the second compartment there are colonies of anaerobic bacteria. By absorbing most of the carbohydrates and fats present in the slags, the main filtration is carried out. With the growth of biomass, cleaning processes are accelerated in time, and the productivity of the station increases.
  3. Thanks to the pump pumping oxygen into the third chamber, aerobic bacteria continue to oxidize the waste.

Installation of equipment

The autonomous septic system KoloVesi is a ready-to-place product that can be installed and connected to a power source with your own hands.

The installation process involves the following steps:

  • a trench of appropriate dimensions is prepared, its depth should be 25 cm less than the height of the device and 50 cm longer and wider than the base of the septic tank;
  • the design is lowered onto the leveled bottom of the pit, after having provided it with a sand pillow;
  • the system must be placed vertically without any tilt;
  • then the voids between the walls of the trench and the building structure are filled, using cement with sand for this;
  • if it is required by the groundwater level, it should be carried out fixing of the model plates;
  • then the biofilter is disassembled, and a pump is installed to discharge purified water to the fourth compartment of the housing;
  • the pump is connected to the nozzle of the filter aerator using a hose and hose clamps;
  • the plug of the pump is passed through the structure neck;
  • the filter housing is mounted back to the septic tank;
  • a control block is installed near the station;
  • according to the instructions, the voltage cable is connected;
  • the plug of the pump is connected to the socket with a timer;
  • plug the outlet of the water pump to a wall outlet without a timer.

Then you need to turn on and check the device for operation, after which it can be connected to the pipeline.

To organize self-service is simple. Once every 30 days you need to carefully inspect the sewage treatment plant.Pumping sewage sludge in the septic tank compartments should be carried out once a year, while up to 30% of the waste should be left.
