Specifications

Swiss Krono laminate has two strength classes:

  • 32 class. Sufficiently durable coating refers to the semi-commercial type. It is intended for installation in homes, mainly in the living room and in the kitchen, as well as in non-passage offices.
  • 33 class. Commercial type. This coating is suitable for laying in large offices, cafes, restaurants, as well as commercial premises.

The thickness of the panels depends on the coating class. So, for 32 strength classes, this parameter is 7 mm or 8 mm, and for 33 classes - 10 mm or 12 mm.

All panels have a four-layer structure. The finishing layer is a film that allows the coating to withstand negative factors, such as ultraviolet rays, moving furniture, moisture, thereby ensuring its durability. The design layer is a paper coating, onto which a design developed by designers, which is visible on the surface of the slats, is applied using an industrial printer. The main MDF board provides strength. From it depend on the performance properties, the thickness of the slats, the classiness of the laminate. The stabilization layer protects the panels from the possible penetration of moisture from the subfloor into the deep layers of the laminate. It also gives strength to the connection of the slats among themselves and ensures the stable operation of the assembled product.

All Swiss Krono laminate strips have a G5 - Express Click glueless connection. Such a lock securely holds them together, providing a single coating. In addition, most models have a V-shaped chamfer around the perimeter of the panels. This makes it possible to make the floor more similar to the present plank floor.
