The reasons for this are different - from incorrect regulation of the gas valve and poor contact to breakage of the sensor that controls the flame.

In order to correct this error, there are 2 ways:

  1. hold the “OK” button slightly pressed until the breakdown signal disappears, after which the device will start functioning again;
  2. turn on the unit and turn it off completely.

Error code 3c (4th light is on). When this error occurs, the board responsible for controlling the unit does not receive the desired signal from the pressure switch.This way the contacts may not close after the fan starts working. The pressure switch is installed to determine the conditions of the output of the combustion products.

To correct the error, you will have to carefully inspect all related elements and check them for operability, if necessary, to clean them from clogging.

If the fan will function, there will be no problems with the existing chimney and pipes of the pneumatic relay. It is necessary to check well the work of the pneumorele itself, creating conditions for its discharging and check for the presence of a special click.

Error code 4c (the very first indicator flashes on the screen) appears either at a low pressure level or at an elevated temperature at the exit of the heat exchanger. In this case, use a pressure gauge and double-check its readings. If the pressure level in the system is low - less than 0.5 bar, you just need to feed the product.

Error code 2e (the first 3 lights blink). The error lies in a rather rapid increase in the flow temperature, that is, the coolant, leaving the heat exchanger, warms up quickly enough. This may be due to poor circulation of the coolant present in it.The reasons for this may be a malfunction of the circulation pump or poor performance of the device, a heat exchanger littered with debris or scale, air accumulation in the system. Repairing the pump, cleaning the heat exchanger and bleeding air from the system will help fix this problem.

If the unit does not heat the hot water, and no error is shown on the indicator, the cause may be the failure of the flow sensor. To do this, clean the sensor fan.
